Does a higher testosterone level reduce the chance of getting Alhzeimer's Disease? Study results announced today suggested that a higher level of free circulating testosterone in the bloodstream may be correlated with a reduced risk. A higher level of testosterone could result either from efforts to maintain muscular fitness through resistance training or through the intake of testosterone related compounds. Excercise-related testosterone would probably also be related to greater cardiovascular fitness and greater bone density.
