Pirates Sieze a Tank Carrier

Off the coast of Somalia, pirates have seized a Ukrainian freighter carrying 33 Russian built T-72 battle tanks. Either the Russian, U.S., or French navies may intercept to recover the cargo. As the article states, it is difficult to sell such materiel without attracting attention.
